Helping people with intellectual disabilities become more independent is the mission of Ark Regional Services, a nonprofit in Laramie, Wyoming. Supported by the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation, Ark offers reading, writing and other educational programs that give the community members they serve the opportunity to develop valuable life skills. It’s inspiring work that makes the future bright for the entire community.
